Both TVs each with over-the-air local channels plus Apple TV (log in to apps with your own account), linens, towels, iron and ironing board, a workspace desk, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ceiling & standalone fans, brand new low profile window A/C in living room, window A/C in bedroom, gas wall heater, washer dryer solely for the guest suite in the apartment. Street parking is plentiful with no restrictions except for street cleaning a few hours, Monday and Tuesday only. Being a mid- city property, the apartment is subject to traffic noise off Melrose and includes both a white noise and a nature sound machine for use in the bedroom for light sleepers.
